The 10th Judicial Circuit released Administrative Order No. 5-52.0 related to Emergency Temporary Standing Order regarding Parenting in Domestic Relations Cases during COVID-19. The order addresses contact with both parents, shared parenting, suspension of writs of bodily attachment for contempt hearings related to non-payment of child support or alimony, and emergency motions and expedited hearing procedures at this time.
